Last year we moved into our house on Droitwich Road. It was in need of a paint job throughout with various problems that needed addressing (damp from a minor leak in the sitting room, cracked plaster and chipped paint on the stairway due to riotous children!). Worcester Decorators came to our house and inspected what needed to be done and gave us a quote. They weren't the cheapest (or the most expensive) but they were the most professional. We had an extension built and Worcester Decorators came in at the appointed time to provide us with a quote. They provided the plastering service that our builders needed to complete the extension and then completed the decorating when the rooms were ready. They kept the new building very tidy and cleaned up after themselves each night before they left. They were very good and adapted quickly to a sudden change in what was required (our fault!). The small en suite bathroom had developed a coating of black mould across the ceiling. The water was condensing on the paint and spores had grown up as a result. Worcester Decorators came out and treated the ceiling with a mix of bleach and hot water and then, after leaving it to dry, painted it anew with mould proof paint. It's such a big relief as it was unsightly and, most probably, very unhealthy. Thanks for the excellent work.

In Winter we had burst water pipes that flooded the ceiling and ruined much of the plaster. Worcester Decorators came in and stripped away the damaged areas in conjunction with a plumber and local builder. After the pipework was repaired the painters came in and in short order the place was as good as new (which was much better than before). I would recommend them for any painting and decorating work you need.

Living within a close distance to the River Severn the ground in January gets saturated very easily and the house suffers from damp. We called in Worcester Decorators to see what they could do about the damp patches in the plaster. Worcester Decorators came in and painted my daughter's bedroom when she was away on holiday with her cousins in the first two weeks of January.
